Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the product. Standard items are typically delivered within 5-25 days. For customized or special products, delivery depends on the production timeline.
Q: Does DEDAO have any advantages of exporting products?
A: Yes. DEDAO has a comprehensive management system in place and is certified under the ISO 9001:2008 International Quality Management System. We have also passed SGS factory inspections conducted by several top 500 companies.
Q: What are your normal payment methods?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, and direct payment. For T/T payments, a 30–50% advanced payment is required when placing the order, with the remaining 50–70% due upon completion of production.
Q: Are the products covered by a warranty?
A: Yes, all of our products come with a full one-year warranty.
